سياسة الخصوصية

نحن في مؤسسة سمائي للأطفال نُقدّر ثقتكم، ونلتزم بحماية خصوصية مستخدمي منصة سمائي. توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها وكيفية استخدامها وحمايتها.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور.
• بيانات الطفل: الاسم، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، الصورة الشخصية، والمستندات التي يقدمها ولي الأمر (مثل شهادة الميلاد، شهادة التطعيمات، التقارير الطبية) لأغراض التسجيل والرعاية.
• بيانات الاستخدام: سجلات الحضور والانصراف، التقارير اليومية، والرسائل المتبادلة مع المركز.
• بيانات المدفوعات: تفاصيل الطلبات والاشتراكات.
• بيانات الإشعارات: معرّف تقني يُستخدم لإيصال إشعارات التطبيق إلى جهازك.

نحرص على جمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازم لتقديم خدماتنا. وقد نطلب بيانات إضافية مستقبلًا متى ما احتاجتها الخدمة، ويتم جمعها بعلمكم ولنفس الأغراض الموضحة في هذه السياسة.

٢. كيف نستخدم البيانات

• تقديم خدمات المركز: تسجيل الأطفال، متابعة الحضور، وإرسال التقارير اليومية لولي الأمر.
• التواصل بين المركز وأولياء الأمور وإرسال الإشعارات والإعلانات.
• إدارة الاشتراكات والمدفوعات والفواتير.
• تحسين خدماتنا وتجربة الاستخدام.

٣. خصوصية الأطفال

بيانات الأطفال في سمائي يُدخلها ويديرها ولي الأمر أو المركز حصريًا، وتُستخدم فقط لأغراض رعاية الطفل ومتابعته داخل المركز. لا يستخدم الأطفال التطبيق بأنفسهم، ولا نجمع أي بيانات منهم مباشرة.

٤. مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية. قد نشارك الحد الأدنى من البيانات مع:

• مزودي خدمات الدفع لإتمام عمليات الشراء والاشتراك.
• مزودي البنية التقنية السحابية التي يعمل عليها التطبيق (بتخزين مشفّر وآمن).
• مزودي خدمات آخرين نستعين بهم لتشغيل خدماتنا أو تطويرها، وبالقدر اللازم فقط مع إلزامهم بمعايير السرية.
• الجهات الرسمية إذا ألزمنا النظام بذلك.

٥. حماية البيانات وتخزينها

نعتمد تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية لحماية البيانات، منها التخزين في قواعد بيانات سحابية آمنة، وتشفير نقل البيانات، وتقييد الوصول إليها على المخولين فقط، ونطور هذه التدابير باستمرار بما يواكب أفضل الممارسات.

٦. حقوقك وحذف الحساب

• يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتحديثها من داخل التطبيق.
• يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك من إعدادات التطبيق، أو بالتواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه، وتُعالج الطلبات وفق المدد النظامية المعمول بها.
• قد نحتفظ ببعض السجلات التي يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها (مثل الفواتير) للمدة النظامية.

٧. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر أي تحديث في هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.

At Samai Establishment for Children, we value your trust and are committed to protecting the privacy of the My Sky platform users. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use and protect it.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email address, and password.
• Child data: name, date of birth, gender, photo, and documents provided by the guardian (such as birth certificate, vaccination certificate, medical reports) for enrollment and care purposes.
• Usage data: attendance records, daily reports, and messages exchanged with the center.
• Payment data: order and subscription details.
• Notification data: a technical identifier used to deliver app notifications to your device.

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services. We may request additional data in the future as the service requires, collected with your knowledge and for the same purposes stated in this policy.

2. How We Use Data

• Providing center services: child enrollment, attendance tracking, and sending daily reports to guardians.
• Communication between the center and guardians, including notifications and announcements.
• Managing subscriptions, payments, and invoices.
• Improving our services and user experience.

3. Children's Privacy

Children's data in My Sky is entered and managed exclusively by the guardian or the center, and is used only for the child's care and follow-up within the center. Children do not use the app themselves, and we do not collect any data from them directly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with any party for marketing purposes. We may share minimal data with:

• Payment providers to complete purchases and subscriptions.
• Cloud infrastructure providers that power the app (with secure, encrypted storage).
• Other service providers we engage to operate or improve our services, to the extent necessary and bound by confidentiality standards.
• Official authorities where required by law.

5. Data Protection & Storage

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data, including secure cloud storage, encrypted data transfer, and access restricted to authorized personnel only, and we continuously improve these measures in line with best practices.

6. Your Rights & Account Deletion

• You can view and update your data within the app.
• You can request deletion of your account and data from the app settings, or by contacting us at the email below. Requests are processed within the applicable statutory periods.
• We may retain certain records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) for the statutory period.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
